[Update – 18 May 2021] We are still working with VMware to diagnose the underlying hardware issues. The remaining nodes in the cluster are functioning normally and all data is appropriately replicated.

This morning one of the VMware hypervisors lost customer-network connectivity. The guests were manually migrated to other hardware and are now back online. We are investigating and will post more when we know more.
