[Resolved] Power outage on ‘orange’ system in West Data Center
SDSC customers, Today at ~3:30PM and again at ~8:30PM the ‘orange’ power system failed causing an outage to a number of colo customers. Those customers were contacted directly. Services have been restored. Thank you. We experienced unexpected downtime of the SAMQFS tape archive starting at 10:06pm which has caused the Commvault jobs to pause. Technicians are actively working to resolve the outage and we will post notification once Commvault is back online.
