Update 1800: Maintenance has begun
Colleagues,
This message is to alert you that SDSC Enterprise Network Services has scheduled the following maintenance which will impact the majority of the devices in the datacenter:
START: Tuesday, September 9th: 1800
END: Tuesday, September 9th: 2200
- This maintenance is to upgrade the software on the Top Of Rack network devices throughout the datacenter.
- ALL 1G/10G connections will experience downtime at some point during the maintenance window.
- The approximate maximum downtime is 40 minutes per network device.
These software upgrade/reboots apply critical updates and bug fixes to our network infrastructure. This allows us to utilize new features and maintain the integrity of the network.
